Abstract: NASICON-structured Si-doped LAGP with composition Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5-xSix(PO4)3 was prepared and characterized, and improvement of its ionic conductivity was carried out by investigating the effects of different preparation and crystallization parameters. The investigated parameters are the crystallization temperature, amount of doping, melt quenching temperature and annealing temperature. The Taguchi method is then applied to find the optimized parameters for all factors. In addition, Yttria is added as an additive and Sn4+ is added as an additional dopant to Si-doped LAGP to further improve the performance of Si-doped LAGP.
