Abstract: Organic frameworks, they have been designed to functional catalysts. However, with the development of various kinds of frameworks, more efficient catalysts should be required. Consequently, developing cost-efficient and highly effective alternatives for complex and low yield metal-based materials that are critical. To be specifically, we explore three novel projects of metal organic frameworks (Ni-MOFs) and different covalent organic frameworks choosing the phthalocyanine (Pc) as unit (Ni-Pc-COFs; Cu-Pc-COFs) to enhance the performance of the photocatalytic and electro CO2 reduction reactions. However, the basic requirement is how to produce the reasonable structures to applied in the interesting fields. Thus, the structures of catalysts are very significant, which need to be explored deeply. In this project, we display the entire study procedures to verity our hypothesis and obtain the effective results.
