Abstract: This research study looks into the BIM adoption rate, implementation practices of BIM, and the BCA initiatives and BIM education in Singapore. A total of 102 respondents participated in the questionnaire study and in depth interviews were carried out to provide a holistic picture of the BIM climate in Singapore. Findings were derived from the perspective of the local stakeholders, including BCA. Recommendations were then given based on the roles the different stakeholders take on. The findings in this study search as important groundwork and plans are being made to continue the study.
