USAGE AND DIAGNOSTIC IMPACT OF CONE-BEAM COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY (CBCT) AMONG PAEDIATRIC DENTISTS IN THE ASIA-PACIFIC REGION. ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||With an increasing use of CBCT in dentistry today, it is pertinent to be aware of its value in the paediatric population and to assess the risksbenefits balance to justify its use in this vulnerable group of patients. However, current literature in this field is limited. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to examine whether the information from CBCT would have an effect on diagnostic yield, treatment plans and paediatric dentists’ confidence level. In addition, this study also aims to determine the practices of CBCT use among paediatric dentists in the Asia-Pacific region.||URI:||https://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/195936|
