Abstract: In this thesis, we investigate emergent phenomena due to many-body effects in several non-equilibrium quantum systems. We start with a brief introduction to interacting electrons in one dimension, followed by a general discussion on non-equilibrium quantum systems. We then present our study on how to reveal the detailed dynamics of quantum coherence under many-body effects through adiabatic charge pumping. Next, we study a critical many-body non-Hermitian fermionic chain, where an emergent real-space Fermi surface is characterized with its entropy scaling by a renormalized temperature. At last, concrete numerical evidence for a prethermal discrete time crystal in two dimensions is presented. We positively demonstrate that a robust subharmonic response can be observed with a wide range of driving frequency. Finally, we conclude the thesis and outlook the future work.
