Abstract: Occupational Psychology is a broad and such researched topic within the behavioral science field. Its importance and significance in explaining and understanding occupations and its workers cannot be overemphasized. Property management, on the other hand, has not received its fair share of understanding in the behavioral, sociological and psychological context. This study of the property management profession in terms of work values orientation and job satisfaction hopes to reveal valuable information for the betterment of the profession.
