Abstract: Technology has and is transforming many aspects of business and market activities. One of the most popular technologies that has quietly crept into most of our lives and this I am referring to - the Internet. Although it is just a few years old, it is fundamentally changing the way that businesspeople and consumers view their worlds. It has evolved a new arena of economics in doing business which makes most of us wonder in awe and continue to speculate how much more it is going to change our lives. Therefore the aim for this academic exercise is to examine some of the real issues we face today that are rising out of the ebusiness and we will compare some of the changes it is making to the conventional market. As the world is changing with the Internet, it is also a wonder whether the "borderless" ebusiness is really going beyond the economic theory and defying what we have learnt.
