Abstract: We present a Quantum Chromodynamics(QCD) Markov branching theory to shed light on ultra high energy inelastic scattering or jet events; probing into the non-perturbative regime. Analytical, numerical and asymptotic hadron (baryons and mesons) multiplicity solutions have been examined and applied to electron-positron annihilation, proton-proton interaction, proton-antiproton annihilation and heavy-ion collision at various s1/2 energies. In particular, we propose the generalised multiplicity distribution. It is studied in great detail as it is now a contenting model for describing current hadronisation data from European synchrotons and will provide a plausible testing ground for future TeV data available from the super colliders at LHC [Large Hadron Collider, CERN 1998] and SSC [Super Conducting Super Collider, Texas].
