With the increasing complexity in the nature and scale of development, decision making has become a difficult task. Therefore in order to ensure success in real estate development, careful analysis should be conducted to assess the feasibility and viability of any proposed scheme. One such way of assessing the scheme is through the use of feasibility analysis technique. In this dissertation, the author seeks to illustrate the techniques of feasibility analysis through a case study.
