PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF TELECOMS

Abstract

The Telecommunication Authority of Singapore is bestowed with the responsibility of providing telecommunication and postal services in the Republic. To run these services, buildings are needed to accommodate the equipment as well as the staff. The physical condition of these buildings is of prime importance to ensure continuous services. It is upon the realisation of the above that this dissertation is written, that is, to study the management and maintenance of properties under th wing of the authority.
