THE DEMAND AND SUPPLY OF CONDOMINIUMS AND PRIVATE APARTMENTS VERSUS NON-CONDOMINIUM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | Since the introduction of the residential condominium concept into Singapore, the concept has been successful in view of its popularity and high demand. It encourages (i) More intensive use of land. (ii) Proper maintenance of common properties, (iii) Provision of community amenities and facilities. This concept however is a relatively new concept and has not undergone the test of time. The increasing volatile market of condominiums and apartments in the past couple of years has prompted the examination of the demand and supply for this type of property. This dissertation seeks to compare the demand and supply of this type of resdential property to the more conventional residential property. | URI: | https://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/161115 |
