Abstract: The main focus of this study is to look at the mechanism method the methods used in the culturization process of Japanese companies. Although corporate culture is a hot issue among many people, very few studies have been conducted in relation to multinational companies operating in foreign countries. Questionnaires were sent to sixty Japanese manufacturing companies in Singapore, followed by interviews for more detailed information from scorn of the selected companies. The following can he said from the results of this study. Although Japanese managers notice the cultural differences prevailing between Singapore and Japan, they hope to change the mind of Singaporeans and make them understand the Japanese way of doing things. Most of the Japanese managers attempt to achieve this result through instruction and education.
