Abstract: The thesis is about how WTO, through the use of its three a??trade remedy measuresa?? (TRMs) i.e. the anti-dumping, safeguard and subsidy countervailing measures, attempts to regulate global trade. It discusses how those TRMs are provided and the three multilateral agreements as the globally applicable principles, and how different member states tend to perceive those global regimes, as introduced by WTO, incorporate them in their domestic and regional setups and further apply them in their global trade matters.
