Abstract: We report an unusual case of unilateral vocal fold palsy due to intracranial haemorrhage in a neonate with undiagnosed haemophilia A. Bleeding disorders in neonates are briefly discussed and the importance of a systemic investigation of stridor in children is emphasized.
