ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1006/jsbi.1999.4193 | Abstract: | Crystals of stonustoxin have been obtained and diffract to 3.4 Å resolution. Stonustoxin is a protein lethal factor isolated from the venom of the stonefish, Synanceja horrida. The crystals belong to the tetragonal space group P422, with unit cell constants a = b = 109.0 Å c = 245.7 Å. A native stonustoxin molecule has two subunits, designated α and β, respectively, and there is one stonustoxin molecule per asymmetric unit. | Source Title: | Journal of Structural Biology | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/116967 | ISSN: | 10478477 | DOI: | 10.1006/jsbi.1999.4193 |
