dc.description.abstractA compact size linearly tapered slot antenna is investigated. The new designed antenna is with wideband and wide beamwidth. Measured results show that the half-power beamwidth (HPBW) of the compact size antenna achieves 120° at the operation frequency. Over the whole frequency band, the HPBW is wider than 100°. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
