dc.description.abstractAttempts have been made to achieve better resolution than the supermode of SPOT5 by combining four 5m SPOT5 images, two from HRG1 and two from HRG2, with Super-Resolution (SR) algorithm. The super-resolution algorithm that we employed is constrained least square method together with Conjugate Gradient. Our SR results show that the resolution of SPOT5 supermode can be further improved by combining four 5m images instead of two.
