dc.description.abstract | A quotient coded quadrature amplitude modulation (QQAM) system having only finite number of possible transmitting signal points is proposed. The expression to estimate the symbol-error-rate (SER) performance of the coherently demodulated QQAM system over a multiplicative Rayleigh fading channel is obtained. The computed SER are in close agreement with simulation results. This justifies the approximation we have made in deriving the theoretical expression. | |
