dc.description.abstractMicrowave Bragg reflection characteristics of a periodically photoexcited coplanar stripline on silicon substrate has been investigated. The theoretical treatment is based upon conformal mapping and transmission line modeling including the optoelectronic properties under different illumination conditions. It is shown that periodical illumination leads to interesting application as filter for microwave signal processing.
