dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a demonstration system for automatic news parsing, indexing and browsing. The system is unique in its use of video content information and domain knowledge to effectively parse a news video to automatically identify the news stories within the news video. Indexing and browsing of the news stories are also supported in the system.
