dc.description.abstractThe identity of the poorly known camptandriid mangrove crab Paracleistostoma eriophorum Nobili, 1903, is clarified. It is shown to be a senior synonym of Paracleistostoma tweediei Tan & Humpherys, 1995, and the taxonomy of the species is discussed, with the range of the species extended to Thailand. Notes on its ecology are also provided.
