dc.description.abstractA new species of reef crab of the genus Globopilumnus Balss, 1933, is described from the Nansha Islands in the South China Sea. The new species, G. fragaria, is the ninth in the genus, and its affinities with allied taxa is discussed. A key to the genus is also provided.
