Abstract: Another solution to the Kolmogorov backward partial differential equation for stationary branching is proposed leading to a new multiplicity relation. This relation is applied to CERN's ISR and SPS energies, in which excellent fits are obtained and compared to Chaudhuri,1 Matinyan and Prokhorenko,2 and Golyak.3 Further prediction to the highly-anticipated 14 TeV data for pp collision is also made.
