Abstract: One-dimensional and two-dimensional ferroelectric domain-reversed structures in LiNbO3 were fabricated using direct electron-beam lithography. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to characterize the patterns of domain inversion. Observations showed that the domain inversion occurred not only on the negative face of the crystal, but across the whole thickness of the crystal.
