X-ray crystallography reveals that hydrogen bonding plays a key role in this process. H2sala = N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-L-alanine. | Source Title: | Angewandte Chemie - International Edition | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/95285 | ISSN: | 14337851 | DOI: | 10.1002/(SICI)1521-3773(19991203)38:233.0.CO;2-F |
