Abstract: Interaction of NH3BH3 and Li2NH (or Li3N) in THF leads to the formation of NH3 and LiNH 2BH3, which further react with each other and produce ca. 10 wt.% hydrogen at 45 °C. © 2010 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
