ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | This paper focuses on the crucial role of individuals in the process of knowledge generation, transfer, and retention in project-based organization and proposes an alternative perspective of organizational learning framework. Learning motivation is argued to be the most vital antecedent to organizational learning process. By motivatlonalizing organizational learning, we have the benefit of understanding why or why don't individual employees engage in organizational learning activities and hence be more capable of suggesting appropriate organizational learning interventions. © 2004 IEEE. | Source Title: | IEEE International Engineering Management Conference | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/87349 |
