Abstract: Photomixer with single walled carbon nanotubes utilizing a dual dipole antenna is fabricated. The output spectrum of the continuous-wave Terahertz photomixer with SWCNTs is presented. DC biased voltage dependent characteristic of CW photomixer with SWCNTs is demonstrated. © 2013 IEEE.
