Title: | New applications of non-linear chirp scaling in SAR data processing | Authors: | Wong, Frank H. Yeo, Tat Soon Tan, Ngee Leng |
Issue Date: | 2000 | Citation: | Wong, Frank H.,Yeo, Tat Soon,Tan, Ngee Leng (2000). New applications of non-linear chirp scaling in SAR data processing. International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) 1 : 96-98. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | This paper presents a non-linear chirp scaling in processing monostatic and bistatic SAR data. When the effects of quadratic range migration are negligible, a time domain range cell migration correction can be applied. After the correction, the FM rates of targets confined in a range gate will differ from each other. A non-linear chirp perturbation function can be applied to each range gate to equalize the targets' FM rates before azimuth compression. | Source Title: | International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/72780 |
