Title: | GROUND-FAULT PROTECTION SCHEME FOR AN EMERGENCY OR STANDBY POWER SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE NEUTRAL-TO-GROUND CONNECTIONS. | Authors: | Liew, A.C. | Issue Date: | 1986 | Citation: | Liew, A.C. (1986). GROUND-FAULT PROTECTION SCHEME FOR AN EMERGENCY OR STANDBY POWER SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE NEUTRAL-TO-GROUND CONNECTIONS.. Conference Record - IAS Annual Meeting (IEEE Industry Applications Society) : 982-985. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | Problems associated with improper sensing of ground faults and unbalanced currents in an electrical system with multiple neutral-to-ground connections are reviewed. A special ground-fault sensing scheme is presented to overcome these problems. The system proposed is especially applicable in the case where an emergency standby generator backfeeds into a transformer and supplies its local load. | Source Title: | Conference Record - IAS Annual Meeting (IEEE Industry Applications Society) | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/72666 | ISSN: | 01972618 |
