Abstract: The behaviors of magnetotransport in nanogranular magnetic media were studied. Master equation solved analytically a two-state model, which was the basis of the determination of M-H hysteresis. The dependence of the tunneling magnetoresistance on temperature was explained. The effects of the combination of stochastic spin-polarized tunneling, Coulomb blockade, and the magneto- and electrostatic influence of the contacts were also discussed.
