ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1063/1.1544111 | Abstract: | The behaviors of magnetotransport in nanogranular magnetic media were studied. Master equation solved analytically a two-state model, which was the basis of the determination of M-H hysteresis. The dependence of the tunneling magnetoresistance on temperature was explained. The effects of the combination of stochastic spin-polarized tunneling, Coulomb blockade, and the magneto- and electrostatic influence of the contacts were also discussed. | Source Title: | Journal of Applied Physics | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/72011 | ISSN: | 00218979 | DOI: | 10.1063/1.1544111 |
