Title: | The reduction of noises in ECG signal using a frequency response masking based FIR filter | Authors: | Lian, Y. Yu, J.H. |
Issue Date: | 2004 | Citation: | Lian, Y.,Yu, J.H. (2004). The reduction of noises in ECG signal using a frequency response masking based FIR filter. 2004 IEEE International Workshop on Biomedical Circuits and Systems : S2.4-17. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | The Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is normally contaminated with noises generated by biological and environmental resources. This paper presents a way to remove the noises using the computational efficient linear phase FIR digital filters. The filter is developed based on the frequency response masking technique [1-3]. The sparse coefficient vector in the filter makes it very attractive for a low cost and low power VLSI implementation. © 2004 IEEE. | Source Title: | 2004 IEEE International Workshop on Biomedical Circuits and Systems | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/71990 | ISBN: | 0780386655 |
