ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | Simulation results of flux-enhanced giant magnetoresistance (GMR) head design were presented. Flux distribution was calculated using a two-dimensional finite element method. In the simulation, the shield to shield distance, free layer thickness, and GMR element height were assumed to be 90nm, 4nm, 100nm respectively.
