Abstract: The optical characteristics of a Si 2-D photonics crystal based incline-arranged triple-nano-rings embedded on a Si cantilever is investigated computationally in this paper. The resonant peak is characterized in terms of the strain effect on the effective refractive index. © 2011 National Sun Yat-Sen Univ.
