Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics 18 (4) : 671-675. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1088/0022-3727/18/4/011 | Abstract: | An approximate method for the computation of quasi-Fermi levels (QFL) in the vicinity of a grain boundary (GB) under uniform optical illumination and zero bias is presented. The analysis is based on the abrupt depletion approximation of the space-charge region (SCR) surrounding the GB. Results show that considerable bending of the minority carrier QFL exists in SCR, but for the majority carrier QFL, the bending is slight. | Source Title: | Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/62663 | ISSN: | 00223727 | DOI: | 10.1088/0022-3727/18/4/011 |
