Modelling was carried out using a semiclassical transport theory, which included quantum interference and multiple scattering by means of a correlation function and taking account of the mean free path. The direct current properties of the new transistor are calculated and analyzed. The results show that a common-emitter current gain of 80 can be expected. | Source Title: | Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/62660 | ISSN: | 00223727 | DOI: | 10.1088/0022-3727/27/9/020 |
