Issue Date: | 14-Sep-2005 | Citation: | Wang, Q.-G., Liu, M., Hang, C.C. (2005-09-14). Simplified identification of time-delay systems with nonzero initial conditions from pulse tests. Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Research 44 (19) : 7591-7595. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1021/ie050104o | Abstract: | In this paper, integration intervals are specifically chosen such that the resulting integral equation of a continuous delay system with nonzero initial conditions and a pulse input is greatly simplified. This enables easy and decoupled identification of the system parameters in two steps. The effectiveness of the identification method is demonstrated through simulation and real-time implementation. © 2005 American Chemical Society. | Source Title: | Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Research | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/57407 | ISSN: | 08885885 | DOI: | 10.1021/ie050104o |
