IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation 61 (8) : 4372-4375. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1109/TAP.2013.2259572 | Abstract: | The cross-band mutual coupling of antennas collocated on a finite-sized ground plane smaller than one operating wavelength is studied. As an example, two thin monopole-type antennas are designed at the 900-MHz and 2.4-GHz bands, respectively. The study reveals that the finite-size ground plane greatly affects the 900-MHz cross-band mutual coupling of the collocated monopole-type antennas, which is significant and cannot be ignored. The information derived suggests the possible cross-band interference between antennas with a finite-sized ground plane. © 1963-2012 IEEE. | Source Title: | IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/55474 | ISSN: | 0018926X | DOI: | 10.1109/TAP.2013.2259572 |
