Abstract: The application and advantages of total quality management (TQM) by aerospace maintenance company to provide quality of repair, short turntime and competitive price to its airline customers are discussed. The TQM helps in shorter manufacturing cycle time, lower inventory costs, lower reject rate and customer satisfactions. It is stated that through TQM experience and teams formed by employees, management solves organizational goals. The management also develop their skills through TQM to manage better teams and to facilitates them to achieve group objectives.
