Abstract: Using data from 18 Asia Pacific states, this research explores the key antecedents of air cargo flow of Asia Pacific at state level. The result indicates that logistics capabilities of a country, measured by Logistics Performance Index (LPI), is the most significant influencing factor, shadowing other three factors including GDP per capita, air freight cost and the connectivity. © 2010 IEEE.
