Abstract: The elegant solid phase chemistry is devised for providing a robust synthetic route generating a large number of fluorescent libraries in a short span and synthesis of fluorescent libraries covering wide emission color spectra from Vis to NIR has been carried out. CyR is cyanine based ultra-photostable, NIR dye library and its derivatives have been applied to discover in vivo macrophage imaging probe (CyRCA-341) and in vitro SERS based multiplexing SERS probe (CyRLA-572) for differentiated mouse embryonic stem cells. From BDR library, (BODIPY dyes), B-cell selective probes CDg6 has been discovered and applied it separate B cell from mouse splenocytes. From RDR library, (rhodol dyes) and using cell based screening, cell cycle probe (RDR-567) was discovered that specifically stains to the mitosis compared to the inter phase during the cell division. Finally, coumarin based large stokes shift (150 nm) COR library has been synthesized hoping to develop further imaging probe.
