ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | Locally advanced cervical carcinoma may present with a recto-vaginal or a vesico-vaginal fistula but these are more commonly complications following surgery, radiation, or combination therapy for advanced disease. A vagino-peritoneal fistula in a patient with a cervical carcinoma at initial presentation is reported.
