Abstract: The use of capillary electrophoresis and microchip electrophoresis methods for pharmaceutical analysis has become increasingly popular in recent years. The wide range of applications for which its use has proved successful includes assay of drugs, the quality control of drugs purity, chiral separation, the analysis of pharmaceutical recipients and therapeutic drug monitoring. The focus of these studies is to optimize and validate newly developed capillary and microchip electrophoresis with either capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detection (C4D) or laser induced fluorescence (LIF) detection based methods for monitoring of aminoglycosides antibiotics in human serum samples, determination of the impurities present in food supplement and herbal medicine, identify and characterize the microbes as active ingredient in health product.
