ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | Os peroneum fracture is an uncommon injury. A high index of suspicion is required in order to avoid incorrect diagnosis and future complications. A radiograph of the normal foot, bone scan and MRI scan may be required to arrive at the diagnosis. Management is conservative, with a good eventual outcome. Fracture of the os peroneum maybe mistaken for an ankle sprain. | Source Title: | Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/131086 | ISSN: | 10225536 |
