Title: | NASICON-STRUCTURED SOLID LI-IONIC CONDUCTOR FOR NEXT WAVE OF ENERGY STORAGE DEVICES | Authors: | ZHU YAQI | Keywords: | NASICON,LAGP,solid electrolyte, ionic conductivity, activation energy,melting-quench | Issue Date: | 30-Jun-2016 | Citation: | ZHU YAQI (2016-06-30). NASICON-STRUCTURED SOLID LI-IONIC CONDUCTOR FOR NEXT WAVE OF ENERGY STORAGE DEVICES. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | NASICON-structured Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3 (LAGP) is successfully prepared by different synthesis methods such as melting quench, sol-gel and hot press sintering. The influence of crystallization parameters in melting quench method have been systematically investigated and a phase transformation process has been revealed. A low temperature hot pressing process was introduced to recycle the waste LAGP glassy powder from melting-quench and to reduce the grain boundary conductivity of powders from sol-gel process. A LAGP membrane was also fabricated by tape casting for Li-air battery. | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/129133 |
