ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1111/1469-0691.12247 | Abstract: | The emergence of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae is a rapidly evolving threat worldwide. Here, we report the molecular characterization of two Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates carrying both blaOXA-181 and blaNDM-1 or blaNDM-5 isolated from epidemiologically unrelated patients in Singapore. The blaOXA-181 genes were found existing in different genetic environments. © 2013 European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. | Source Title: | Clinical Microbiology and Infection | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/126722 | ISSN: | 1198743X | DOI: | 10.1111/1469-0691.12247 |
