Abstract: Ni0.23Cu0.11Zn0.66Fe2O 4 nanowire arrays were fabricated by a simple ethanolnitrate method using anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates. XRD result indicated that the nanowires are of cubic spinel structure. SEM andVSMwere used to characterize morphology and magnetic anisotropy properties of the nanowire arrays, respectively. It is believed that this method should be applicable to other multi-component oxide nanowires. © 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
