Abstract: The static and high frequency magnetic properties were studied for BaW ferrites. The Co-Zn substituted BaW ferrites have suitable high frequency properties for use as electromagnetic materials with low reflectivity at microwave frequency. For natural resonance, numerical simulations show that the permeability spectra are of the resonance type for c-axis anisotropy, but of the relaxation type for c-plane anisotropy.
