The singular problem was approximated by a sequence of non-singular problems and a solution for each approximating problems was generated using standard results from the classical theory of upper and lower solutions. The results showed that the obtained sequences converge to a solution of the given singular problem. | Source Title: | Nonlinear Analysis, Theory, Methods and Applications | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/103233 | ISSN: | 0362546X | DOI: | 10.1016/S0362-546X(01)00747-7 |
