Abstract: We construct bases for the stable branching algebras for the symmetric pairs (GL2n, Sp2n), (Sp2(n+m), Sp2n × Sp2m) and (O2n, GLn). Each basis element is expressed as a sum of products of pfaffians. © Foundation Compositio Mathematica 2006.
